Today is my first morning golf after several years. I woke up at 6 am in the morning.. get prepared and drove to Bukit Jalil Golf Club. On the way, I stopped a kedai mamak to have a light breakfast before I head to the club. I arrived at the club and noted golfers were waiting at the guard house. Then I remember the gate will open only at 7 am sharp.
I parked my car and waiting for my friend Alan until 7.15am. Then we walked to Line 1 where he introduced his gang. I realized all of them are regular morning golfer who like to walked for exercise as well as the golf game. So, I join one of the flight and started my 9-hole morning golf. It was quite a task for me to pull along the golf club set for 9-hole but I felt relief after I have completed the 9-hole golf after 2 1/2 hours.

I could feel my leg muscle was pulling and body was total wet, but I felt my alertness remain. From then, I knew if I continued to do the morning golf regularly, my fitness could be improved.
