Have you eat Peking duck in a Chinese Restaurant before? Do you know you eat only the skin? not with the meat? What? Eat only the skin? and pay for $30 for a bird? You must be kidding? NO, I AM NOT. but it is yummy !!!
I happen to take my dinner at a Chinese Restaurant at Nexus Golf Resort Karambunai, my next table customer ordered a Peking Duck. And I asked permission from the waitress if I can video tape the process of cutting up the bird. She allowed me to do so.
